Our business was originally established in 1986. Our core business history is rooted in providing administration and third party logistics services. Some recent milestones include:

1998:
Synergex Retail Services Inc. was established to sell PlayStation products to Wal-Mart Canada Corp.

2000:
Hyperactive Entertainment Inc. was formed to conduct the national distribution in Canada for Atari, Inc. software.

2001:
Ditan/Synergex Canada was established to bring our novel "fulfillment distribution" business model to market in an exclusive arrangement with Ditan Corporation (www.ditan.com).

2001:
Synergex Solutions was established to distribute products outside the computer entertainment field.

2003:
Synergex Creative Services was established to provide for translation, digital art layout, and printing services.

2004:
Synergex Technology Management Inc. was established to provide computer network-related product procurement and technical and support services.

2005:
Synergex Group Inc. combined its operations with a business information services company to form Synergex Corporation. As a result of this merger, the Synergex Business Information workgroup was then created.

2005:
Synergex Corporation listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, trading under the symbol "SYX".

2005:
Synergex Creative Services merges with 2Artistic to form the Synergex Digital Media workgroup.

2006:
Synergex launches Synergex de México S.A. de C.V., its multiplatform, multi-industry entry into the Central American market.
